• Full Legal Name: Please print your full legal name clearly, exactly as it should appear on your training certificate.
• Mobile Devices: Please silence all cell phones and electronics. If an urgent call is necessary, please step quietly into the hallway.
• Restrooms: Restroom facilities are available throughout the building and may be used at any time as needed.
• Shared Space: Please help maintain a clean and comfortable learning environment by clearing your area and disposing of trash or recycling.
• Engagement: To ensure all participants can focus and hear effectively, please keep side conversations to a minimum except during designated breakout discussions and group activities.
